As I've written previously we're having to wait 17 days for Qwest to complete an Internet Self Install at our apartment. Qwest went nuts yesterday calling me on three separate occasions, as a courtesy regarding my order. Since the calls were recorded I didn't have a chance to ask them why they were calling on an incomplete order. The sales/customer service people in the Mall Kiosk's were clueless as well as to why they were calling. Interesting to also find out that Qwest Customer service isn't available from 6pm on Saturday evening until Monday Morning.
